I don't know if you are looking for custom work, like race gun
building, or replacing a mainspring, doing a trigger job, or putting 
on some bolt on parts. My suggestions may be less than helpful
because I don't know what level of "work" you're talking about. 

Clark Custom can do some serious work on them, but since the 
basic design is VERY CZ like, I doubt you will have a hard time 
finding a one for everything between spring replacement and 
trigger work.
